Return Policy
No refunds for repair manuals. There is no guarantee that by purchasing a repair
guide your console will be fixed. Defects vary from console to console, as does
the person making the repair. Though, many many consoles are able to be repaired
using our repair guides, there will always be those unfortunate few that for
some reason or another just cannot be fixed through conventional home repair
means. We take extra special consideration when advertising the content of our
repair guides, as to not be misleading, and to insure whatever is said to be
included in our repair information, is in fact included.
Refunds and exchanges are offered only for defective physical products. We need
to be notified within 7 calendar days of delivery if there is a problem/ if you
would like to return or exchange we must receive the return within 30 days of
your purchase. Refunds/exchanges amount to retail sale value minus shipping
costs. We will not accept customer damaged/scratched products on any return.

For instance, you order a V4-8 Flip Top Case for PS2. The Price is $25. That
would be actual $19 + $6 for shipping. The payment buttons will reflect an even
$25.
If you were to return said Flip Top Case (let's say you ordered the wrong
version), the actual credit due to you would be $19. We do not refund shipping
costs unless there has been a mistake on our side.
